Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex automated machinery and production equipment.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations and machinery.
- Document production data accurately in compliance with safety logs.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and technical reading skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
