Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex machinery and assembly lines during the night shift.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document production metrics and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team during handover procedures to ensure continuity.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical schematics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
