Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or fire.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm panels.
- Verify credentials of individuals entering or leaving the facility to ensure authorized access.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols.
- Document all daily activities, incidents, and observations in the security logbook.
- Assist in evacuating the building in the event of an emergency.
- Build positive rapport with employees and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
