Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or safety hazards.
- Verify the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors, and authorize access to the site.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, fire, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with directions and general inquiries.
- Conduct random bag checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical duties.
- Clear background check and drug screening required.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid is a plus.
