Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks like Java or Python.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues within the production environment to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security protocols and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and system architecture.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimizations during low-traffic periods.
- Document technical specifications and provide mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, Python).
- Strong experience with SQL and relational database management.
- Must be available and willing to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
