Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Monitor inventory systems, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize warehouse workflows
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance during all operations
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development initiatives
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Respond to emergency situations with decisive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
