Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers via phone and chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolution logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Uphold company standards for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
