Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes and database management.
- Create and document standard SQL queries and data pipelines to automate reporting workflows.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
