Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintenance: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of existing applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and improve code maintainability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to ensure team growth and code quality standards.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all projects and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with strong knowledge of backend development.
- Database: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
