Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and stock rotations
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth operational handoffs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
