Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with precision.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
