Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping duties with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure product integrity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes.
- Complete necessary documentation and logs accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
