Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and communication.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with strict safety protocols and weight limits.
- Process incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of delivery notes and product conditions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the night shift.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
