Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of critical operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in low-light conditions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to accommodate late-night hours
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
