Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in compliance with ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols during material handling and equipment operation
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment to prevent defects
- Support cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends during peak seasons
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
