Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and compliantly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend targets
- Enforce strict safety protocols and 5S standards
- Train on advanced inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
