Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
