Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team during night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
