As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. Our night shift environment offers a quieter, less stressful atmosphere compared to day shifts, allowing you to focus on high-efficiency work while avoiding the rush-hour commute.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
