Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (OSHA compliance).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to verify stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
