Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately and efficiently using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Sort, pack, and label products to ensure accurate and timely shipment preparation.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high stock accuracy standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) reliably.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning tickets and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
