- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
