Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders, select merchandise, and prepare packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to ensure efficient workflow and easy navigation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
