Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, pallets, and shelves using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Package and label items securely for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to shipments and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
