Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory management through systematic stock rotation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain 5S compliance in all warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
