Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks and maintain organized inventory storage
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support cross-functional teams in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
