As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shift targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
