Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
