Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse shelves to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packaging: Prepare and package products securely for shipping, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and report any maintenance issues with warehouse equipment immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and scanning duties for each shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety compliance and documentation.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
