Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 night shift team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems and automation technologies
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transportation teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodologies
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational disruptions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership experience with safety-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
