Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and coordinate with day shift for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce errors
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Train new hires and provide ongoing performance coaching
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and incident tracking
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading of trucks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
