Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate 10-15 night shift staff to achieve daily productivity targets
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement efficient stock rotation protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth transition and handover
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
