Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
