Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all night shift warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Train and supervise a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Available to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
