Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ logistics professionals
- Implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve operational issues
- Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in logistics operations management
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
