Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 8-12 night shift team members to meet daily production targets
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and optimize warehouse workflow
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Process shipments and manage documentation accuracy
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification required
- Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
