Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders to ensure 99% accuracy rates.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required for all positions.
