- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Pass background check and drug screen (pre-employment)
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose facility
