Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse associates during night shift operations
- Oversee receiving, sorting, and shipping activities with 99% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily inspections
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet productivity targets
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate performance reports and inventory audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid forklift certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
