Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift associates, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Implement real-time inventory management using WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day and swing shift supervisors
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Train and develop team members in advanced warehouse technologies
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage emergency response procedures during overnight operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven leadership in high-volume distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
