- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, productivity, and safety metrics
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
