Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations ensuring accurate and efficient sorting and processing of packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and improve overall productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
- Adapt to changing schedules and assist with overflow tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
