Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse safely.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipping using appropriate packing materials and scanning systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate handheld barcode scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
