Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflow for overnight order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facility conditions
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
