Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy to prevent shortages.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
