Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 overnight warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance during overnight hours
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum productivity
- Train and develop team members on new equipment and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in overnight/night shift settings
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanners
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
