Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Prioritize and execute time-sensitive order fulfillment for major tech clients
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts per SOPs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
