Responsibilities
- Lead 12-person overnight shift team in receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce errors
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports for regional management
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
