Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve product and service issues with empathy, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and continuously improve service protocols.
- Assist in the processing of orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value attitude and aptitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
