Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Assist with product stocking, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
